Probably the smallest team we've taken into the comp in terms of size. We are more faster and more agile though then last year. Our forward pack has decreased dramatically in size after losing many star players from last year. Players like the shifty and quick halfback Finley Dixon through to the brute power and surprising speed of prop Aisea Takapu. We're using the same formation from last year (2-4-2) but with more shifting of the ball and the use of piston with faster plays either than slow forwards. We've worked alot on our line speed in shutting down inside channels which we found problematic in executing against teams like Macleans and Otahuhu. They would often spread the ball and we'd find ourselves in a 4-1 situation.
