There are three changes to both starting line-ups. Italy winger Angelo Esposito regains his place in preference to Tomasso Iannone, who drops to the bench. The other two Italy changes are among the forwards, with flankers Alessandro Zanni and Robert Barbieri replacing Francesco Minto and Mauro Bergamasco at blindside and openside respectively. Scotland's changes are all in the pack, with Scott Lawson, Richie Gray and Johnnie Beattie returning to the side. Beattie will start at No.8, with Dave Denton demoted to the bench. Newcastle's Lawson take over from Ross Ford at hooker and 6ft 9in Lions lock Gray reclaims his place in the second row at the expense of Tim Swinson.
